ICE COLD JEWELRY ships worldwide.
Delivery times
Online shop: items are delivered within one to two weeks of order confirmation.
Custom: production and delivery time is agreed with you directly when the quote is prepared, depending on the piece, the base and the stones chosen.
These timeframes are estimates. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed by e-mail or WhatsApp.
Shipping costs
In France, shipping is free on orders over €150. For other countries, and below that amount in France, shipping costs are calculated according to the destination country and shown before payment.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. As soon as it ships, you receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
Customs duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. They are paid by the recipient and are not included in the product price.
Receiving your parcel
Check your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, opened or incomplete, note this with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours at icecoldjwlry@gmail.com, with photos.
Lost parcel or wrong address
If your parcel does not arrive, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier. An incomplete or incorrect delivery address given at checkout may lead to reshipping costs at your expense.
