- Requests: messages sent through the Contact and Custom forms, images attached to a custom request.

- Processing and delivering your orders, handling returns (performance of the contract).
- Answering your requests and preparing custom quotes (pre-contractual steps).
- Sending you our news if you signed up (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
- Measuring traffic and improving the website (consent through the cookie banner).
- Meeting our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation) and preventing fraud (legitimate interest).
Recipients
Your data is intended for ICE COLD JEWELRY and the providers acting on its behalf: Shopify (shop hosting), payment providers, carriers. It is never sold.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers, including Shopify, may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention periods
- Order data: for the duration of the business relationship, then 10 years for accounting records.
- Contact requests and quotes not followed up: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Marketing: 3 years after your last contact with us.
- Cookies: 13 months maximum.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing). Your choice is respected by the shop and its apps. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work (cart, security, payment) do not require consent.
